Senior Growth & Content Marketer
Create excellent content and find ways to grow our apps.

We’re looking for an in-house marketer to work directly with the founder. Someone with original ideas, sound marketing judgement and the skills to turn an idea into content that’s ready to publish.
Creating will be central to your work: writing, filming, editing and getting the finished piece right. Your ability to make excellent content matters as much as understanding the audience, finding fresh angles and deciding what is worth trying.
The focus is organic growth. We’re particularly interested in content that works organically and can also be reused or adapted for profitable paid acquisition. You’ll have the freedom to choose channels, formats and tools, and to challenge our ideas with your own.
The work
- Research our users, the market and other creators to find stories, concepts and growth opportunities.
- Propose experiments and make the content yourself: concept, script, filming, editing and publishing. Pay attention to the hook, pacing and clarity of each piece.
- Test different approaches, learn from the audience’s response and develop what works. Identify content with potential as paid creative and prepare adaptations.
- Connect content to downloads, product usage and subscriptions. Work with the founder to understand the results and decide where to focus.
What we’re looking for
- Your own content that demonstrates excellent production and editing skills. We want to see finished work and understand what you personally conceived, filmed and edited.
- Experience growing products, brands or projects through content. Consumer or subscription apps are especially relevant; personal projects and work in small or indie teams count too.
- Creative and commercial judgement: understanding why a piece works, going beyond copying a format and finding an approach that fits the product and its audience.
- The independence to organise your work, put ideas into practice and change direction when the results call for it.
- English good enough to research, write and work on content for international markets.
About Supermoon
Supermoon Software is an app studio with strong technical capabilities in software, AI and automation. We build our own products and tools, and that technical support will help you test ideas and bring them to life. One of our apps is TikAlyzer, which helps people analyse and improve short-form videos with AI.
In just one year, we’ve grown from zero to $15,000 in monthly revenue. We want to build on that traction with someone who brings their own marketing judgement and grows professionally with us. You’ll work directly with the founder, with access to the product, the data and the decisions.
Terms
- Remote, in-house
- Full-time is our preference, but we’ll also consider part-time employment for the right candidate. We’ll agree on the time commitment and assess the country of employment individually.
- Compensation
- For full-time employment in Spain, our reference is €42,000–46,000 gross annual base salary, plus a bonus. For an exceptional candidate, up to €50,500 total gross annually, including the bonus. Part-time hours and compensation will be agreed individually. This role does not include equity.
- Autonomy and development
